What is lithium orotate?+
Lithium is a trace mineral that occurs naturally in foods, vegetables and plants grown in lithium-rich soil. NeuroActive supply lithium orotate as a dietary supplement in 60 capsules.
How much is in a capsule, and how do I take it?+
Each capsule provides lithium orotate supplying 5mg of elemental lithium. NeuroActive direct: take 1 capsule 1-2 times daily, and do not exceed 2 capsules in a 24 hour period unless otherwise directed by a healthcare professional.
Do I have to take it every day?+
NeuroActive do not require a daily schedule — some people take it daily within the recommended dose and others do not. Our consultants can help in-store at any of our three counters or on WhatsApp.
