What the label says

The bottle front reads 5-HTP Plus, WITH GABA AND VITAMIN B6, and — in PMR's own words on the front panel — for protection against toxic effects of stress. It is marked 60 Veggie Capsules · Vegetariese Kapsules.

So this is not plain 5-HTP: it is a three-part formula, and the vitamin B6 is there because B6 is a cofactor in how the body handles 5-HTP. If you are comparing it against a single-ingredient 5-HTP, that is the difference.
