Return Policy

Three things to know before you bring something back.

  1. 1Unused and unopenedIn the same condition you received it, in its original packaging.
  2. 2Proof and a reasonYour receipt or proof of purchase, and the reason for the return, start the approval.
  3. 3Not every productSome products can’t be returned and some returns are partly refunded. Please don’t send it to the manufacturer.
The policy, in full
  1. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging & unopened.
  2. To complete your return, we require a receipt/ proof of purchase.
  3. The reason for return will also be required in order to initiate the approval process.
  4. There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable).
  5. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
  6. Please note - certain products are not eligible for returns.
  7. Any item that is not in its original condition, damaged or has missing parts (for reasons not due to error on our part) will not be considered for return.
