Exchange & Refund Policy

• Once your return is received and inspected, you will receive an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.

• You will also be notified whether your refund has been approved or rejected.

• If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

• Damaged Goods:
- If your goods have been delivered in a damaged condition from the courier, we will then require photos of the damaged goods within ONE working day from delivery.
- This is to enable us to investigate where the damage occurred , and to communicate with the courier regarding collection of damaged goods from you.
- The courier will be liable for the costs of the damaged item.
- All packaging of the goods, and the goods itself, are required to be sent back to the courier, in order for us to complete our investigation of the damaged goods.
- Any damaged item that is not made available to return to the courier within 7 days after delivery, will not be considered for a refund.
