For most people, our consultants would put a third-party-tested fish-oil omega-3 with at least 500–800mg combined EPA+DHA per dose in everyone's daily stack. Heart, brain, joints, mood — it's the most evidence-backed supplement we sell.

Vegan? Look for an algal oil with a real DHA dose, not flaxseed alone (flax is ALA, the conversion to EPA/DHA is poor).

On blood thinners? Don't take high-dose omega without WhatsApping us first — we'll make sure it's safe with your meds.

Common questions

What's the difference between EPA and DHA?

EPA is the anti-inflammatory — best for heart, joints, mood. DHA is structural — best for brain and eyes. Most quality omega-3s contain both. Read the label for the combined EPA+DHA per dose, not just "omega-3".

How do I know an omega-3 is fresh and pure?

Look for IFOS-certified or third-party-tested brands. The fishy aftertaste means oxidation — a fresh omega-3 shouldn't repeat on you. Brands we trust: Natroceutics, NOW, Vivid Health, Metagenics, The Real Thing.

Fish oil vs krill vs algal?

Fish oil is the most studied and the best value per gram of EPA+DHA. Krill oil is more bioavailable per dose but expensive. Algal oil is the vegan-friendly option — look for real DHA content.

Can I take omega-3 with my chronic medication?

If you're on blood thinners (warfarin, aspirin) or about to have surgery, WhatsApp us before adding high-dose omega-3. For most other medications it's safe — but our consultants will double-check against your stack.
