How much EPA and DHA is in each capsule?+
Each capsule delivers 1000mg of fish oil providing 400mg of EPA and 300mg of DHA. The omega 3 fatty acids are in triglyceride form, as nature intended.
Where does the fish oil come from, and is it tested for purity?+
It is produced from sustainable, wild-caught Alaskan pollock. Each batch is tested for absolute purity, free from heavy metals and contaminants, with a TOTOX score of a maximum of 5 at encapsulation, which is a measure of oil freshness.
How many omega 3 capsules should I take a day?+
Adults and children over 12 years can take one to two capsules per day, or as recommended by your healthcare professional. If you are pregnant, nursing or taking medication, consult your healthcare practitioner before use.
Is this omega 3 suitable for people with a fish allergy?+
No. The softgel itself is made from fish gelatin, and the label says not to use the product if you have an allergy or sensitivity to any of the ingredients. It contains no sugar, artificial colours, preservatives or artificial additives.
