Small people, honest doses

Thirty years of parents at our counter shaped this collection: multivitamin gummies that don't read like sweets aisles, children's probiotics for after-antibiotics rebuilding, gentle immune support for the school-term gauntlet, and omega-3s in formats that survive the breakfast negotiation.

What we tell parents

Children's doses are not scaled-down adult doses — buy formulas made for their age band and follow the label exactly. Gummies are wonderful for compliance and terrible when treated as treats: count them out, cap the jar, keep it high. A decent diet still does the heavy lifting; supplements fill gaps, especially through fussy phases and growth spurts. Anything beyond everyday support — persistent fatigue, growth worries — belongs with your paediatrician first. Dosage questions?
