Delivery & Shipping Policy

These terms outline the delivery policy for orders placed on onelife.co.za.

Free Delivery Thresholds

• Gauteng: Free delivery on orders over R900
• Nationwide: Free delivery on orders over R1,400

Standard Delivery Rates

• Gauteng: R75 flat rate
• Nationwide: R130 flat rate

Payment & Dispatch

Orders placed and paid for on a working day before 15:30 will be dispatched the next working day, provided payment reflects in our account.

Delivery Timeframe

• Parcels are typically delivered within 2–5 working days
• You will receive an email with a waybill number and tracking link once dispatched
• If your parcel is delayed beyond 7–10 working days, contact us at orders@onelife.co.za
• Our courier cannot deliver to PO Boxes or post offices — please provide a physical delivery address
• Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address to receive and sign for the parcel

Perishable Items

• We will contact you after ordering any perishable item to confirm the best dispatch time
• Bread orders must be placed by Monday before 10:00 for Wednesday dispatch
• Weekend perishable orders will be followed up on the next business day

Click & Collect & In-Store Shopping

All three stores are available for in-person shopping and Click & Collect. Select Click & Collect at checkout and we'll notify you when your order is ready.
