These terms outline the delivery policy for orders placed on onelife.co.za.

Free Delivery Threshold

Nationwide: Free delivery on orders over R400

Standard Delivery Rates for Orders Below R400

Gauteng: R75 flat rate
Nationwide: R130 flat rate

Payment & Dispatch

Order by midday for same-day dispatch: orders placed and paid for before 12:00 on a working day are dispatched that day, provided payment reflects in our account. Orders placed after midday are dispatched the next working day.

Delivery Timeframe

Parcels are typically delivered within 1–5 working days of dispatch (Gauteng usually 1–2). Available delivery and collection options are shown at checkout.
You will receive an email with a waybill number and tracking link once dispatched
If your parcel is delayed beyond 7–10 working days, contact us at orders@onelife.co.za
Our courier cannot deliver to PO Boxes or post offices — please provide a physical delivery address
Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address to receive and sign for the parcel

Perishable Items

We will contact you after ordering any perishable item to confirm the best dispatch time
Bread orders must be placed by Monday before 10:00 for Wednesday dispatch
Weekend perishable orders will be followed up on the next business day

Click & Collect & In-Store Shopping

Visit our Centurion, Glen Village and Edenvale stores for in-person shopping. For online pickup, choose an available location at checkout and wait for your ready-to-collect notification before travelling.
