It is taken to support mood, focus and motivation and to help maintain lower stress levels, with Sutherlandia added for immune support. It is an all-natural product containing no fillers, preservatives or additives.

Each vegan capsule is 350 mg, containing Lithium Orotate 120mg — providing 4.7mg elemental lithium — plus 230 mg Sutherlandia.

How do I take it?+

Take 1 capsule twice per day with food, and be sure to stay well hydrated with clean water. Keep the container tightly closed in a cool, dry, dark place and out of reach of children.

Who should not take lithium orotate?+

It should not be used by people with significant renal or cardiovascular conditions, severe debilitation or dehydration, or sodium depletion, or by anyone taking diuretics or ACE inhibitors. In these cases, advice from your medical practitioner is required.
