MetaRelax® is a complete magnesium complex used to support psychological function during moments of stress. Folate aids in this stress support, while the combination of folate, magnesium and vitamin D3 combat fatigue, and magnesium and vitamin D3 support muscular relaxation. Together these nutrients help to relieve stress and promote positive mood and relaxation.
