Product details
Plain glycine powder, 250 g, and nothing else in the tub. Glycine is naturally sweet with no aftertaste, so Verhaki's own suggested use is as a sugar alternative stirred into tea or coffee.
What the label says
Glycine is an amino acid the body uses in protein synthesis, in forming collagen, and in making creatine.
Verhaki state the powder is non-GMO, vegan, and has no added sugar.
How to take it
It dissolves into hot or cold drinks and can be used in place of sugar to sweeten tea or coffee.
