CONTRA INDICATIONS
Advanced kidney failure.
WARNINGS
Monitor serum potassium levels to avoid hyperkalaemia. Always consult your health professional if you are seriously ill.
INTERACTIONS
High levels of calcium and zinc supplements can decrease the absorption of magnesium. High doses of magnesium could have additive effects with calcium channel blockers. Magnesium may decrease absorption of tetracycline and quinolone medicines.
PREGNANCY AND LACTATION
Safe at normal dosage levels.
DOSAGE AND DIRECTIONS OF USE
One to three capsules per day with meals.
SIDE EFFECTS AND SPECIAL PRECAUTIONS
Monitor serum potassium levels to avoid hyperkalaemia.
