PHARMACOLOGICAL ACTION
Magnesium is provided in several different forms to facilitate absorption and cellular uptake. Inositol hexaphosphate and L-arginine improve blood delivery to the tissues. In addition, the product also contains blood forming nutrients (vitamins B12, folic acid, riboflavin and iron in the form of succinate).
Energy liberating nutrients in the form of thiamine, niacinamide, pantothenic acid, vitamin B6 and alpha-lipoic acid are also provided.
The minerals chromium, copper, manganese, potassium and zinc act synergistically with magnesium since the absorption of these minerals may be suppressed in the presence of high levels of magnesium.
Carnitine and its precursors lysine and methionine are included since carnitine promotes entry of fatty acids into cells thus promoting the liberation of energy from dietary fats.
INDICATIONS
To improve energy production during sport participation.
CONTRA INDICATIONS
Persons with existing herpes infections should avoid using the product due to the L-arginine content.
WARNINGS
Do not take on an empty stomach. Do not exceed the prescribed dosage level.

PREGNANCY AND LACTATION
Do not use during pregnancy and lactation.
DOSAGE AND DIRECTIONS OF USE
Take four to six capsules in divided doses with meals during periods of training and competition.
SIDE EFFECTS AND SPECIAL PRECAUTIONS
Although the product contains relatively low levels of iron ( to prevent free radical damage), gastro-intestinal irritation may occur in a small percentage of patients. In such cases the dose should be reduced.
KNOWN SYMPTOMS OF OVERDOSAGE AND PARTICULARS OF ITS TREATMENT
Diarrhoea, irregular hearbeat. Reduce dosage.
