What is in it

Each capsule contains:

• Maca [root, as 100 mg of a 10:1 extract] — 1000 mg dried herb equivalent
• Panax ginseng [root, as 75 mg of a 5:1 extract] — 375 mg dried herb equivalent
• Horny goat weed [leaf powder] — 200 mg
• Tribulus [fruit, as 200 mg of an extract standardised to 40% saponins] — 200 mg

Botanical names as VitaminMe print them: Epimedium sagittatum (Siebold & Zucc.) Maxim. (horny goat weed), Tribulus terrestris L. (tribulus), Lepidium meyenii Walp. (maca), Panax ginseng C.A. Mey.

How to take it

Take 1-2 capsules daily after food.

Speak to your doctor first if

• you have a medical condition, or you are currently taking any other medicine
• you are scheduled for an elective surgical procedure — VitaminMe advise stopping at least 2 weeks beforehand
