Mega Omega 3+6+9 contains 1 168 mg of omega 3 per dose – mostly EPA and DHA. It also contains 226 mg of the omega 6s gamma-linoleic acid (GLA) and linoleic acid, and 74 mg oleic acid (omega 9).
