Each softgel capsule typically provides: Vitamin A 375 μg RE (1250 IU from cod (fish) liver oil and retinyl palmitate), Vitamin D 3.4 μg (135 IU from cod (fish) liver oil and cholecalciferol)

Directions for Use:

As a food supplement for adults, one (1) softgel daily, preferably at mealtime, or as directed by a healthcare practitioner. Do not exceed directions for use.
