About the ingredients
Vitamin B5
Pantothenic Acid (Vitamin B5) plays a role in the manufacture of coenzyme A (CoA) and acyl carrier protein (ACP), which are involved in converting carbohydrates and fats into energy, red blood cells and adrenal hormones. It supports normal adrenal function and energy metabolism.
Magnesium
Magnesium participates in more than 300 enzymatic reactions in the body. Through its role in the ATP (adenosine triphosphate) process, magnesium supports energy production and helps the body cope with fatigue.
Ginseng and herbal Complex
Traditionally used as an adaptogen to support the body's response to everyday stress, support energy and stamina, and support a settled, focused state.
Vitamin B1 and B3
