About the ingredients
Synaptolepis kirkii is a southern African botanical used in traditional contexts. Lion’s Mane is an edible mushroom that is widely studied for its bioactive compounds. How to take
2 capsules in the morning and 1 - 2 capsules after lunch if needed. Take at least 4 hours before sleep
Capsules should be taken orally with water.
