Vitamin B12 is a water-soluble vitamin. It plays a role in cell division, helps to metabolise carbohydrates, fats and proteins, and contributes to normal energy-yielding metabolism, nervous system function, red blood cell formation, homocysteine metabolism, psychological function and the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.
Ingredients:
Per sublingual tablet:
Methylcobalamin (Vitamin B12) 100,0 µg
Each tablet contains: Vitamin B12 (Methylcobalamin).
Inactive ingredients: Isomalt, magnesium stearate, strawberry flavour, sucralose.
Sugar free.
Suitable for vegans and vegetarians.
Serving size/Dosage:
Adults and children 1 year and older: Take 1 tablet daily sublingually (under the tongue)
Precautions:
NOTE: Avoid use if allergic to sulphur.
Storage:
Store at or below 25°C. Keep out of reach of children.
