What is tulsi tea?+
Tulsi, also known as Holy Basil, is called "The Queen of Herbs" throughout India. This Original blend combines three varieties — Vana Tulsi with hints of lemon and citrus, slightly spicy Krishna Tulsi and the calm depth of Rama Tulsi — into a calming yet energizing cup.
Does tulsi tea contain caffeine?+
No, it is caffeine free, so it works at any time of day. It is also gluten free and USDA certified organic.
What is tulsi tea good for?+
Tulsi is a traditional adaptogen, abundant in antioxidants, used to support the body's natural immune system and to assist the body during times of stress. Many people drink it simply as a soothing, relaxing daily tea.
How do I brew it?+
Pour freshly boiled water over the infusion bag and steep for 5-10 minutes, then add a natural sweetener and milk or a dairy substitute if you like. For iced tea, brew it at double strength before cooling.
Can I drink tulsi tea while pregnant?+

Directions
Pour freshly boiled water over infusion bag in a cup and steep for 5-10 minutes. Add a natural sweetener and milk or dairy substitute if desired. Double the strength when serving iced.
1 Quart of Iced Tulsi
Pour 2 cups of boiling water over 8 infusion bags and steep for 20 minutes. Remove bags, add 2 cups of cold water, and a sweetener if desired. Refrigerate and serve over ice.
