ORGANIC CHOICE Shatavari Powder, 100 g — organic shatavari (Asparagus racemosus).
Shatavari is a woody plant related to the asparagus family that grows in Asia and in Africa; the roots, leaves and flowers are all used. It has a long place in Ayurveda, the system of natural practice developed in ancient India, whose name means the science of life. In Ayurveda shatavari means "one hundred roots". ORGANIC CHOICE add that shatavari root is also used to make a soap-like substance for washing clothes.
How to take it
1-3 g daily, or as directed by a health practitioner. Mix with juice or milk.
