What is in NOW Sambucus Zinc-C lozenges?+
Each lozenge features a 10:1 elderberry concentrate at 150 mg, together with 100 mg of vitamin C and 3 mg of elemental zinc from zinc bisglycinate. Vitamin C and zinc are included for their immune-supporting properties.
How do I take Sambucus Zinc-C lozenges?+
For children ages 4 and up and adults, take 1 lozenge daily. Allow the lozenge to dissolve completely in the mouth and then swallow.
Are these elderberry lozenges sugar free?+
Yes, they are sugar free and low calorie, sweetened with xylitol and organic stevia leaf extract, with a natural acai flavour. Note that xylitol is harmful to pets, so seek veterinary care immediately if a pet ingests them.
