Product details

NOW Magtein Magnesium L-Threonate provides 144 mg magnesium from 2,000 mg Magtein magnesium L-threonate per serving. Each bottle contains 90 veg capsules.

Other ingredients: Hypromellose (cellulose capsule), rice flour, vegetable-source stearic acid and silicon dioxide.

Directions: Take 3 capsules daily in divided doses. Follow the current pack label for the timing of the daytime capsule and the two capsules taken before sleep.

Caution: For adults only. This product may initially cause sleepiness, drowsiness or headaches. Reduce the dose, consult a doctor or discontinue use if these effects persist for more than one week. Consult a physician if pregnant or nursing, taking medication, or if you have a medical condition. Keep out of reach of children.

Allergen information: Not manufactured with wheat, gluten, soy, milk, egg, fish, shellfish or tree-nut ingredients. Produced in a GMP facility that processes other ingredients containing these allergens.
