Common questions
Why do I only crave carbs at night in winter, not during the day?+
The early dark pushes your brain to chase quick serotonin, the after-supper walk that used to steady your evening blood sugar disappears, and each refined-carb spike sets up the dip an hour later that reads as hunger. It is a timetable, not weak willpower.
When should I take gymnema for cravings?+
About 20 to 30 minutes before your usual danger hour. It sits on your sweet-taste receptors and mutes them for a window, so the chocolate tastes flat and is easier to put down. It supports the habit change; it does not make the decision for you.
Are these safe if I am diabetic or on blood-sugar medication?+
No. Chromium, cinnamon and gymnema all nudge the same system your medication already manages, and the combination is a conversation for your doctor, not a counter purchase. We will always rather send you to the consulting room first.
