What is NATURA Combin Assist Fatigue and Exhaustion for?+
It is a combination of the vital biochemic tissue salts to assist in overcoming symptoms of mental, emotional and physical fatigue and exhaustion. If your symptoms are severe, worsen or do not improve, consult your healthcare practitioner.
How do I take NATURA Combin Assist Fatigue and Exhaustion?+
Dissolve 1-2 tablets under the tongue 3 times daily; in acute conditions they may be taken half hourly. Absorption of homoeopathic medicines happens mainly through the mucous membrane of the mouth, so suck or dissolve the tablets and keep your mouth free of other tastes like toothpaste or peppermint when taking them.
Who shouldn't take these tissue salt tablets?+
The tablets contain lactose (240 mg per tablet), so do not use them if you are sensitive or intolerant to lactose — and note that lactose may have an effect on blood sugar control if you have diabetes mellitus. Do not use this product if you are hypersensitive, allergic or have a known intolerance to any of the ingredients.
What is in NATURA Combin Assist Fatigue and Exhaustion?+
Each tablet contains six biochemic tissue salts at D6 potency: Calc phos, Ferrum phos, Kali phos, Mag phos, Nat mur and Nat sulph, with lactose as the base.
Can I take it while pregnant or breastfeeding?+
Homoeopathic medicines have traditionally been used during pregnancy and breastfeeding, although clinical trials have not been done on this medicine in pregnant or lactating women. Speak to your healthcare provider if you are pregnant, nursing or on medication.

Contains sugar: Lactose 240 mg
Serving size/Dosage:
Dissolve 1-2 tablets under the tongue 3 times daily.
May be taken half hourly in acute conditions.
As absorption of homoeopathic medicines occurs mainly through the mucous membrane of the mouth, it is desirable to hold the medicine in the mouth for a short period and for the mouth to be free of any other tastes (toothpaste, peppermint, etc.) when taking the medicine.
The tablets should be sucked or dissolved in the mouth.

Do not use this product if you are hypersensitive, allergic or have a known intolerance to any of the ingredients in the medicines.

Natura Melts: The melts contain lactose - do not use if you or your baby is sensitive or intolerant to lactose. Lactose may have an effect on the control of your blood sugar if you have diabetes mellitus.
Natura Syrups: The syrups contain alcohol – do not use if you are sensitive or intolerant to alcohol. The syrups also contain sugars which may have an effect on the control of your blood sugar if you have diabetes mellitus.
Pregnancy and breastfeeding: Homoeopathic medicines have traditionally been used during pregnancy and breastfeeding although clinical trials have not been done to prove the safety on this medicine in pregnant or lactating women.
Side effects:: There are no known side effects for any of the Natura Homeopathic remedies, however, if your health deteriorates or you experience an untoward effect you suspect is directly related to taking one of the medicines, please discontinue use with immediate effect and consult your healthcare practitioner or healthcare provider.
