How to take
USE: Adults take 3.3 g (± two measured teaspoons) daily or as directed by your health professional. Blend, shake or mix with 150 - 200 ml of water. Adjust the amount of liquid to suit your taste preference. For sleep support, take about 30 minutes before bedtime.
