Optimized blend of gluten-free flours, raising agents and binding agents deliver outstanding baking results. This all-purpose and easy to use flour can be used to make your favourite muffins, cakes, and pizza. Ingredients: Maize Starch, Rice Flour, Raising Agents (Glucono-delta lactone, sodium bicarbonate), Vegetable gum (Xanthan gum, Carboxymethyl cellulose gum).
