This naturally gluten-free Buckwheat Flapjacks Mix is a premium quality product made in a 100% gluten-free facility and approved by the Celiac Association of South Africa. Easy to prepare options allows you to make these flapjacks according to your specific dietary requirements. Tried, tested & perfected in test kitchens, the soft ‘n spongy cake, oozing yumminess is so delicious, you will never guess that they are wheat & gluten-free.

Ingredients:

Buckwheat Flour (50%), Rice Flour, Potato Starch, Tapioca Starch, Raising Agents (Sodium Bicarbonate (E500), Monocalcium Phosphate (E341), Glucono-Delta Lactone (E575), Xanthan Gum (E415).

 

Serving size/Dosage:

Great for weekend breakfast. Serve with banana, honey and crushed, mixed nuts. Excellent with scrambled eggs.
