How to use
How to use: Dissolve 1–2 cups in a warm bath.
RECOMMENDED USE:
BATH: Dissolve 1-2 cups of Magnesium bath flakes into a warm bath and relax for 20 minutes. Use 2-3 times a week for best results.
SHOWER: Mix a handful of Magnesium Flakes with your favourite body wash and massage onto wet skin for a luxurious exfoliation. Rinse well. Avoid on sensitive / broken skins
FEET: Add half cup of Magnesium Flakes into a foot bath and fill with warm water. Soak feet for 10 minutes.
