Escentia Myrtle essential oil is a very mild oil and therefore perfect in children's remedies, particularly coughs, colds and chest infections. Its astringent action on greasy skin can help with bad cases of acne. Myrtle is also an adaptogen essential oil.

HOW TO USE
- To treat haemorrhoids, add 5 drops myrtle to a tablespoon of natural aqua cream, and blend well. You can apply a several times a day, to relive the pain and swelling.
- Add 3-4 drops to a bowl of steaming hot water, cover your head with a towel and breathe in the vapour.
