Product details
Spearmint essential oil from ESCENTIA, in a 10 ml bottle. Spearmint is much gentler than peppermint even though it shares many of the same characteristics, which makes it a better choice for sensitive skin. Also available in 20 ml, 50 ml, 100 ml, 500 ml and 1 L.
INCI: Mentha spicata
What it is used for
Aromatherapy blending. ESCENTIA describe its aromatic character as astringent, decongestant and tonic.
How to use it
- Burners and steamers — add a few drops to the water and inhale directly, or let the steam scent the air.
- Add 2-3 drops to the warm wax of a burning candle.
- Add 5-6 drops to a bowl of steaming hot water, cover your head with a towel and breathe in the vapour.
- Dilute 2 drops in a teaspoon of olive oil and rub under the nose, on the chest, or around the neck.
What it blends with
Basil, eucalyptus, jasmine, lavandin, lavender, rosemary and peppermint.

What is in it
100% pure spearmint essential oil (Mentha spicata). Data sheets or a COA are available on request.
Country of origin: China / India. Steam distilled from the flower tops.
