Health supplement containing Myo - Inositol and Folate (L-5-methyltetrahydrofolate) Sugar Free Ingredients: Myo-Inositol 2 000 mg, L-5-methyltetrahydrofolate 200 μg Serving size/Dosage: 1 - 2 x Sachets daily. Take one sachet in a glass of water once or twice daily. Precautions: Hypersensitivity to any of the ingredients. Storage: Keep out of reach of children. Store at or below 25 ˚C.
