Each sachet combines Myo-Inositol 4 000 mg and D-chiro-inositol 100 mg with Co-enzyme Q10, Magnesium Glycinate 350 mg, folate (L-5-methyltetrahydrofolate), vitamin B12, chromium, zinc, calcium, vitamin D3 and vitamin K2. Check the label for the full ingredient amounts.

How do I take Pcositol?+

The standard serving is 1 sachet daily — mix one sachet in a glass of water, taken once or twice daily. It comes in an orange and lime flavour.

Is Pcositol sugar free?+

Yes, Pcositol is sugar free. Do not use it if you are hypersensitive to any of the ingredients, and speak to your healthcare provider if you are pregnant, nursing or on medication.
