What is in Pcositol Orange & Lime sachets?+
Each sachet combines Myo-Inositol 4 000 mg and D-chiro-inositol 100 mg with Co-enzyme Q10 100 mg, Magnesium Glycinate 350 mg, L-5-methyltetrahydrofolate 500 µg, vitamin B12, chromium, zinc, calcium, vitamin D3 and vitamin K2 45 µg. How do I take Pcositol Orange & Lime?+
The pack's own directions are: mix one sachet in a glass of water or choice of dairy and drink once daily. There are thirty sachets to a box, which the front of the pack calls a 30 days supply. It comes in an orange and lime flavour.
Who should not take Pcositol Orange & Lime?+
Do not use it if you are hypersensitive to any of the ingredients, and speak to your healthcare provider if you are pregnant, nursing or on medication.

Pcositol Orange & Lime - 30 Sachets
An inositol-based nutritional supplement from Delfran Pharmaceuticals, in an orange and lime flavour. Delfran describe it as helping to “maintain and support female reproductive system health” and as providing “support for healthy glucose metabolism”. Thirty sachets to a box — a 30-day supply.
Composition, per sachet: Myo-Inositol 4 000 mg; D-chiro-inositol 100 mg; Co-enzyme Q10 100 mg; Magnesium Glycinate 350 mg; L-5-methyltetrahydrofolate 500 µg; Vitamin B12 (Methylcobalamin) 25 µg; Chromium polynicotinate 30 µg; Zinc oxide 25 mg; Calcium (Calcium carbonate) 500 mg; Vitamin D3 1 000 IU; Vitamin K2 45 µg. The flavouring, colour and sweetener are declared on the box.
