What is in Credé's crunchy peanut butter?+
It is made from dry-roasted crushed peanuts, omega 3-rich flaxseed oil and a dash of honey. It is free of the hydrogenated fats, salt and sugar found in most commercial peanut butters, and it is manufactured in South Africa.
Is this peanut butter suitable for vegans?+
This variety contains a dash of honey, so it is not the one for strict vegans. For vegan customers the brand makes a 100% pure peanut butter containing nothing but crushed, dry-roasted peanuts, packed in glass jars.
How can I use crunchy peanut butter?+
It works as a spread on toast, as a baking ingredient, in smoothies, with fruit and cereal, or simply on its own by the spoonful.
Is peanut butter actually good for me?+
