Relieve Interior Wind is from “Integrated Chinese and Western Medicine”, written by Zhang Xichun in 1924.
In Traditional Chinese Medicine, the formula is associated with quenching the Liver Wind, nourishing Yin and calming down Yang. Within the TCM framework it is traditionally used for patterns described in the tradition as “excessive Liver Yang of the upper part of the body, and deficient Kidney Yin of the lower part of the body”.
Not suitable for low blood pressure.
