哮喘方 / Xiao Chuan Fang

Broncho Formula (Xiao Chuan Fang) is a Traditional Chinese Medicine formula associated with nourishing the Lungs and Kidney, accompanied by clearing the Large Intestine — the ancient method described as “taking away the firewood from under the cauldron”.

The formulation's main herb, Ganoderma lucidum (reishi mushroom), acts within the TCM framework on the Lungs and Kidney and replenishes Qi. Within Traditional Chinese Medicine it is traditionally used for Lung Qi Deficiency patterns.
