Hormone Balance from B.Wellness is a sixteen-ingredient botanical and vitamin formula in veggie capsules. Sixty to a pack.

What is in it

Per capsule:

  • Witholytin® (ashwagandha) — 250 mg
  • Quatrefolic® (vitamin B9, folate) — 250 µg
  • Myo-inositol — 50 mg
  • Vitamin B6 (pyridoxine HCl) — 40 mg
  • Rhodiola rosea — 25 mg
  • Black cohosh — 25 mg
  • Chaste tree — 12 mg
  • Maca root — 10 mg
  • Vitamin B3 (nicotinamide) — 10 mg
  • Vitamin E (alpha-tocopheryl acetate 50%) — 16.5 mg
  • Liquorice root — 7.5 mg
  • Vitamin B5 (calcium D-pantothenate) — 5 mg
  • Vitamin B2 (riboflavin 5-phosphate) — 2.5 mg
  • Vitamin B1 (thiamine HCl) — 2.5 mg
  • Dong quai — 2 mg
