What does Biomax Magnesium Complex Original do?+
It is taken to maintain healthy magnesium levels. Magnesium contributes to normal energy-yielding metabolism, normal functioning of the nervous system, normal muscle function, normal electrolyte balance, a reduction of tiredness and fatigue, and the maintenance of normal bones and teeth.
What is in each sachet of the Original flavour?+
Each 8,5 g sachet contains 250 mg of elemental magnesium as citrate and liposomal magnesium, 5 000 mg of isomalto-oligosaccharide prebiotic fibre for digestive support, and 100 mg of phosphatidylcholine. The Original is the unflavoured variety, with no known allergens, sugar, gluten, artificial flavours or preservatives.
How should I take it?+
Take 1 sachet per day mixed with a minimum of 250 ml of water or juice, or add it to a smoothie or nutrition shake. Follow your healthcare professional's guidance if they have recommended a different routine.
What makes this magnesium different from a plain tablet?+
It combines magnesium citrate, known to be more readily absorbed than some other magnesium salts, with liposomal magnesium for sustained time release. The liposomes help the magnesium survive stomach acid intact, which supports absorption and bioavailability.
Who should be careful with this product?+
Do not use it if you are allergic to any of the ingredients or if you are using levodopa/carbidopa at the same time. Speak to your healthcare provider if you are pregnant, nursing or on medication, and our consultants can help at any of our three stores or on WhatsApp.

Each 8.5 g sachet contains: 250 mg elemental magnesium from citrate and liposomal magnesium, 5,000 mg isomalto-oligosaccharide and 100 mg phosphatidylcholine.
