What is Biomax Magnesium Complex Berry used for?+
It helps maintain healthy magnesium levels, contributing to normal energy-yielding metabolism, normal nervous system and muscle function, normal electrolyte balance and a reduction of tiredness and fatigue. It also contributes to the maintenance of normal bones and teeth.
What is in each sachet?+
Each 8,5 g sachet delivers 250 mg of elemental magnesium (as citrate and liposomal), 5 000 mg of prebiotic fibre (isomalto-oligosaccharide) to support digestive health, and 100 mg of phosphatidylcholine. The berry flavour is sugar free and sweetened with stevia.
How do I take the magnesium sachets?+
Take 1 sachet per day, or as directed by your healthcare professional. Mix it with a minimum of 250 ml of water or juice, or add it to a smoothie or nutrition shake.
Why does it combine two forms of magnesium?+
Magnesium citrate is known to be more readily absorbed than some other forms, while the liposomal magnesium provides a sustained time release. Together they aim to give results that are both fast-acting and long-lasting.
Is it suitable for diabetics and vegans?+
Yes, it is suitable for diabetics, vegetarians and vegans, and it is gluten free, GMO free and sugar free. Do not use it together with levodopa/carbidopa, and speak to your healthcare provider if you are pregnant, nursing or on medication.

Each 8.5 g sachet contains: 250 mg elemental magnesium from citrate and liposomal magnesium, 5,000 mg isomalto-oligosaccharide, 100 mg phosphatidylcholine, natural flavouring and 122 mg stevia.
