BIOLIFE NUTRITION Evening Primrose Oil (EPO) 1000 mg, 60 capsules — 60 days at one a day. Evening primrose oil is extracted from the seeds of Oenothera biennis, a plant native to North America, named for its yellow blossoms, which bloom in the evening. The oil contains gamma-linolenic acid (GLA) and other omega-6 fatty acids.
