What is this A.Vogel formula used for?+

It is a homeopathic formulation that assists with pain, inflammation and stiffness of the joints, including the hands and feet — particularly where symptoms are aggravated by exposure to cold and wet weather. If your symptoms persist, speak to your healthcare provider.

How many drops do I take?+

Adults and children over 12 years take 10 drops on the tongue, directly under the tongue or in a teaspoon of water, 4 times daily, 15 minutes before meals. Discontinue once improvement occurs.

Can children use these drops?+

Yes, at reduced doses: children 6-12 years take 5 drops and children 2-6 years take 2 drops, 4 times daily, 15 minutes before meals. In acute or severe cases, follow the label's guidance or ask your doctor or healthcare provider.

Is this a homeopathic product?+

Yes — it is a homeopathic formulation combining ingredients such as black cohosh, eyebright, common ivy, marsh tea, snow rose, knitbone and mistletoe in homeopathic dilutions. Check the label for the full ingredient list.

Homeopathic support for joint comfort and mobility

 

A homeopathic formulation traditionally used to assist with joint pain, inflammation and stiffness — including the hands and feet — particularly where symptoms are aggravated by exposure to cold & wet weather.

 

Dosage

 

Adults and children over 12 years:
Take 10 drops on the tongue, or directly under the tongue or in a teaspoon of water 4 times daily 15 minutes before meals. Discontinue once improvement occurs.

Children 6-12 years:
Take 5 drops on the tongue, or directly under the tongue or in a teaspoon of water 4 times daily 15 minutes before meals.

Children 2-6 years:
Take 2 drops on the tongue, or directly under the tongue or in a teaspoon of water 4 times daily 15 minutes before meals.

In acute/severe cases:
Take the relevant number of drops according to your/your child’s age hourly, gradually reducing frequency as improvement occurs, or as directed by your doctor or healthcare provider.

In the homeopathic materia medica, associated with joint discomfort linked to cold and damp weather, swelling of joints and numbness of affected parts, and bone pain in the lower extremities, especially the heel bone.

Cimicifuga racemosa D6 (Black cohosh)

Traditionally associated with stiffness and sharp, drawing discomfort of the spine and large joints that feels worse in cold weather, including neck tension and stiffness with headaches and lower-back discomfort.

Euphrasia officinalis D6 (Eyebright)

Associated in the materia medica with painful, swollen joints of the wrists, hands and fingers, and upper-back discomfort in the morning on waking.

Hedera helix D5 (Common ivy)

Traditionally associated with joint conditions and stiffness of the extremities in the morning and at night.

Ledum palustre D6 (Marsh tea)

Associated with joint discomfort starting in the feet and moving upwards, swelling and pain in the small joints, and painful soles of the feet.

Rhododendron D6 (Snow rose)

Traditionally associated with tearing joint and bone discomfort that feels worse before stormy or wet weather or when the weather changes, and swelling of the joints, mainly on the right side of the body, including the small joints of the hands and feet.

Symphytum officinalis D4 (Knitbone)

Traditionally associated with conditions affecting fibrous tissue, tendons, cartilage and the periosteum, and with back discomfort from injury or exertion.

Viscum album D6 (Mistletoe)

Associated with joint conditions of the spine with radiating nerve discomfort to the upper and lower limbs, and joint discomfort of the knee, ankle, shoulder and elbow.
