Zinplex Sport ZMA Capsules contain a specially formulated blend of minerals and vitamins for active sports men and women. Assists in conditions such as muscle cramps and can help to improve muscle recovery after strenuous exercise and aids muscle building.

(equivalent to 81,7 mg elemental Magnesium)


Pyridoxine hydrochloride
(equivalent to 1,9 mg elemental vitamin B6)


Potassium chloride
(equivalent to 26 mg elemental Potassium)

dl-a-Tocopherol acetate
(equivalent to 22,78 mg elemental vitamin E)

Copper sulphate pentahydrate
(equivalent to 1 mg elemental Copper)

Directions for use:

Men: Take 3 capsules 30-60 minutes before going to bed.
Women: Take 2 capsules 30-60 minutes before going to bed.
