Our formula combines B12 (methylated for optimal absorption), 5-htp and Folic Acid (methylated for optimal absorption).
5-HTP 
5-HTP is an amino acid that is not produced by the body. This amino acid helps increase the production of serotonin (the happy hormone) in the brain resulting in a balanced mood, appetite and sleep.
Vitamin B12 (methylated for optimal absorption)
Vitamin B12 turns the foods we eat into usable energy. It also contributes to the general functioning of our immune system.
Folic acid (methylated for optimal absorption)
Folic Acid promotes red blood cell formation for healthy cell growth and function. It also aids energy production in the body.
