VIRIDIAN L-Lysine 500 mg, 30 vegetarian capsules. L-lysine is an essential amino acid — the body cannot make it, so it has to come from the diet. This is a vegan-source amino acid, and the product is vegan and kosher.
What is in it
One capsule provides L-lysine 500 mg, in a base of alfalfa, spirulina and bilberry.
How to take it
As a food supplement, take one to three capsules daily with food, or as directed by your healthcare professional.
Do not use this product if
VIRIDIAN print this contraindication: it is contraindicated for individuals with kidney or liver failure, because lysine metabolism occurs in the liver.
Before you buy
VIRIDIAN report no toxicity issues. On pregnancy and lactation they note there is no safety data for supplementation levels of L-lysine, although dietary levels are deemed safe — so speak to your doctor first.
