Ginger

• Traditionally used to support a settled stomach and to ease occasional nausea, such as with motion.
• Supports the gastric lining.
• Supports a normal inflammatory response — relates to arachidonic acid metabolism.
• Supports comfort and normal pain-response signalling.
• Supports gastric motility and soothes digestive function, and is noted for its warming properties, which may offer support for circulation.

Peppermint

• Carminative — peppermint supports the elimination of intestinal gas, through relaxation of the oesophageal sphincter, easing gas pressure in the stomach.
• Supports normal tone of intestinal smooth muscle and a comfortable digestive tract.
• Choleretic — peppermint supports the flow and solubility of bile.

Dosage: One to three capsules daily or as recommended. Best taken with food.

Traditional applications: Supporting comfortable digestion, easing abdominal bloating and intestinal gas, supporting a settled stomach, and supporting normal digestive enzyme output.
