A comprehensive amino acid formulation combining all of the essential amino acids, many functional and conditionally-essential amino acids, phosphatidylserine, and inulin.
Amino acids, as either essential, conditionally-essential and functional, have a critical role in wellbeing and are involved in every biological process.
Phosphatidylserine is quickly becoming an essential component to overall health. It is an amino acid derivative (like creatine monohydrate, also in MultiAmino) that is fat soluble and found in high amounts in the brain, where it contributes to cognitive functioning. It has been studied for cognition, for chronic stress, and for exercise performance.
Inulin is a functional soluble fibre and prebiotic for the gut microbiome. Prebiotics and fibres, like inulin, may enhance the absorption of amino acids, and balance protein digestion in the digestive tract.
