I am already on day four — is it too late for zinc?+
For shortening a cold, mostly yes. The studies started zinc lozenges within the first 24 hours and dissolved them slowly every few hours. Starting on day four is feeding the horse after it has bolted — save your money and rest.
Will any supplement kill the virus?+
