Folate Complex with MAGNIFOOD blend including Beetroot, Spinach & Horsetail. Contains 400μg of Folic acid as Methylfolate, required for normal energy production, cognitive function and the maintenance of normal homocysteine levels. Methylated B-vitamins are actively absorbed and used by the body.
