Terranova Easy Iron 20 mg Complex is a nutritional supplement that provides Iron in its most absorbable form, bisglycinate chelate. This unique form of iron allows for optimal absorption and causes less gastric upset.
Iron deficiency is recognised as the most common nutritional discrepancy globally, making iron supplementation necessary for many. Yet, traditional iron supplements can often cause digestive issues due to their low bioavailability. Terranova Easy Iron has been designed to tackle these issues.
In addition to the bisglycinate chelate form of Iron, the Terranova Easy Iron complex also includes the MAGNIFOOD COMPLEX, a blend of fresh freeze-dried plant ingredients. This blend not only enhances the absorption and utilisation of iron but also provides antioxidant protection against potential oxidative damage associated with long-term iron supplementation.
Ingredients in the MAGNIFOOD COMPLEX include rose hips, acai berry, stabilized rice bran, and green barley grass, all of which contribute to better iron absorption, metabolism, and haemoglobin formation while offering further protection against iron-induced oxidative damage.

Directions for Use:
Adults: Take 1 capsule daily with food.
