Each capsule contains 400 mg of echinacea.

          Serving size/Dosage:

          As a dietary supplement, take one capsule three times per day with food and water. Limit use to eight consecutive weeks. Use periodically for a few weeks at a time (for maintenance purposes).

          Store in a cool, dry place.
